SF-SFM is a serum-free protein-free medium containing glutamine, ideal for insect cell culture.

Application
SF-SFM is a serum-free protein culture medium specifically developed and optimized for serum-free cultivation of Sf9 and Sf21 insect cell lines. Cells can be directly transferred from serum-free or serum-containing media to SF-SFM for subculture without requiring adaptation. The medium typically supports cell densities of 1×10⁷ cells/ml, with Sf9 and Sf21 cells maintaining over 95% viability through more than 20 passages without activity loss.
