Description
Porcine Serum (also Swine Serum or Pig Serum) is often used as a cell growth supplement in cell cultures, especially in cultures that proliferate mycoplasma or virus. Porcine Serum is suitable for various cell culture applications and is also utilized in the vaccine production.
Porcine Serum (Swine Serum) are used in various applications, e.g. autologous cell culture systems or
immunohistological methods.
Porcine serum is often used in cultures that proliferate mycoplasma or viruses. Goat and Sheep Serum are used in
immunohistochemistry and to eliminate non-specific binding reactions.

Features
It is rich in high molecular protein and low molecular weight nutrients, such as amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins, etc., which can provide comprehensive nutrition for cells.
Improving the buffering capacity of the culture medium helps to maintain the stability of the cell growth environment.
It can combine or neutralize toxic components, reduce cellular oxidative stress and apoptosis, and play a protective role on cells.
Provide factors that promote cell growth, help cells better adapt to the culture environment, and promote cell proliferation.

Application Areas
Pigs Serum CG1190 is particularly suitable for cell cultures requiring Mycoplasma or viral proliferation, as well as in vaccine production, biological testing, immunological assays, and enzyme detection. In the production and research of swine Mycoplasma pneumoniae vaccines, this product is commonly added to culture media to facilitate the isolation of Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
